This will probably be the last time I use...
This will probably be the last time I use Wommack chevy, I have owned nothing but GM products for years and each time I have been to this dealer I have had a bad experience. This past time I went in with an issue and the service writer didn't even know what DEF was on my diesal truck. I took it in left it there waited all day for a phone call I finally called to see what was going on and stayed on hold two times for about 5 to 10 minutes. Was told had to find out where it was, when I got the call back I asked what they did and was told reprgrammed and I said why? It needed updating is what I was told, I questioned further and nothing to do with the issue that I took it in there for. I finally just paid my 93 bucks and took my truck I didn't even make it home 18 miles away and the check engine light came back on. I called back and was told ok well just bring it back in! I can't keep bringing it in and it not get fixed. Especially when I wasn't told what it was that was wrong and the problem that I had wasn't even referred to. I guess I will have to drive to Devine or Boerne to get better service.

I arrived at Wommack about 8am and...
I arrived at Wommack about 8am and discussed the problem with the transmission on my 09 2500 p/u with the service counter.At 10:30 the truck was on the lift and taking the transmission down, At noon the reman trans was at the service center and by 6:00 pm I was on my way to Lubbock. Words can say how the service is at Wommack Chevrolet. My hat is off to all that had a hand in my repairs.Wommack put customer service back where alot of companies have gone astray. The service engine light came on in my...
The service engine light came on in my vehicle. I contacted Wommack service department and made arrangements to drop off the car. They did the analysis and informed me of the problem. I gave them the ok to fix the car and they were done the next day. The service was what I thought it should be. The price was a little less than they quoted so I was happy with the results. The car is fixed and I am satisfied 100% with the service Department. I will by my next car from Wommack.

It was the best experience ever, since...
It was the best experience ever, since I've been servicing my suv at other dealerships all over the USA. My service adviser, Joseph, was phenomenal!!! He went way way way above and beyond to fulfill my needs. He made sure that I was brought home and picked up when my car was done. The driver, a young man by the name of Isaac, was awesome as well. Very respectful, courteous and just a gentleman all the way. Just because of Joseph and Isaac, I'll be back for sure, just because of these awesome men. Joseph should get a raise as well as Isaac, for going above and beyond to make me happy and not miss time from work, to wait for my car to be fixed. Joseph made it happen and I was able to have my vehicle back and running before I started my new job on Monday. Because of Joseph, I'll definitely be back to Wommack even for my regular maintenance on my suv. They're terrific!!!
