I arrived at Wommack about 8am and discussed the problem with the transmission on my 09 2500 p/u with the service counter.At 10:30 the truck was on the lift and taking the transmission down, At noon the reman trans was at the service center and by 6:00 pm I was on my way to Lubbock. The service engine light came on in my vehicle. I contacted Wommack service department and made arrangements to drop off the car. They did the analysis and informed me of the problem. I gave them the ok to fix the car and they were done the next day. The service was what I thought it should be. The price was a little less than they quoted so I was happy with the results. It was the best experience ever, since I've been servicing my suv at other dealerships all over the USA. My service adviser, Joseph, was phenomenal!!! He went way way way above and beyond to fulfill my needs. He made sure that I was brought home and picked up when my car was done. The driver, a young man by the name of Isaac, was awesome as well. Very respectful, courteous and just a gentleman all the way. Just because of Joseph and Isaac, I'll be back for sure, just because of these awesome men. Joseph should get a raise as well as Isaac, for going above and beyond to make me happy and not miss time from work, to wait for my car to be fixed.
